subterranean caves and rivers of pristine

Located in the heart of the historical town of Figeac,
overlooking river Célé, The Best Western Le Pont

The cliff side village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie is
among the most remarkable sights in France.
Perched high on the edge of the cliff face the
beautiful flower-filled narrow streets of the
village are lined with craft workshops and art
galleries.
Sarlat-la-Canéda is home to one of the
Dordogne’s best markets and on market day the
pretty town square will be a sea of activity selling
local produce and gifts from the area. Explore the
nearby streets to discover many delights.
The pretty village of Beynac spreads along the
northern bank of the Dordogne river. Guarded
by its castle, the quaint village lanes wind
towards the village square with its traditional
white and yellow stone buildings.
Our fully guided boat trip along the River
Dordogne, reveals castles and wonderful
landscapes that provide a highpoint to the
holiday.
Historic Domme is entered by an impressive
fortified gate, with huge towers either side of the
entrance which once housed Templar prisoners
during the 14th century. Such history combined
with pleasant shops and cafes ensure Domme
lives long in your memory.

Day 1:
After departure from your pickup point,
we make our way over the channel to
the Paris area to our overnight hotel.

Day 2:
We carry on through France with suitable
stops making our way to our hotel.
Day 3:
We head for our trip to the Gouffre de Padirac
caves.
Day 4:
We make our way to Cahors before making our
way to Saint-Cirq-Lapopie for the rest of the day.
Day 5:
We give you a day of leisure today to explore the
resort and have a relaxing day.
Day 6:
Today we head for Sarlat-la-Canéda for the weekly
market, then make our second stop of the day at
Beynac-et-Cazenac.
Day 7:
We take a cruise on the Dordogne river today
before spending the rest of the day in Domme.
Day 8:
We make our way back to the overnight hotel in
the Paris area.
Day 9:
We head to the UK, with suitable stops en-route,
before returning to our drop off points.
