ur main hotel is located in
charming Boppard which, located
on a scenic horseshoe bend of river,
is one of the Rhine’s prettiest towns.
From here we explore the River Rhine and the
Moselle, beautiful rivers which glide through
spectacular gorges with steep cliffs, colourful
vineyards, stunning castles perched high amid
rich green forests and delightful towns. Pretty
villages line the river banks, and offer relaxing
strolls and enticing cafes.
Koblenz is one of the most beautiful places in the
Rhineland area. The town is where the two
mighty rivers, the Rhine and Mosel meet.
We visit Cologne with its incredible cathedral,
plus many museums, galleries and shopping
streets.
Rüdesheim has narrow cobbled streets, typical
German houses, and the famous Drosselgasse
with its lively bierkellers.
Cochem is a charming village and is rated as one
of the prettiest villages along the Mosel. Little
has changed for centuries. The town has many
fine buildings, black & tan guild houses and
endless winding streets.

Boppard is on the Rhine promenade. Boasting river

Beautiful Bonn is Beethoven’s birthplace and
celebrates his work throughout the city.
PRICE INCLUDES
Day 1:
We travel to Dover and head to our overnight hotel
for for an overnight stay
Day 2:
We make our way through to the German border
and head to Cologne. After plenty of free time
here, we make our way to our hotel in Boppard.
Day 3:
We take time to discover the charm of Koblenz with
its famous castle and many other delights.
Day 4:
We make our way down the river today, taking in
the sights of the Rhineland villages making a short
stop for photos at the Lorelei, a 132 m high, steep
slate rock on the right bank of the River Rhine at
Sankt Goarshausen. After photo opportunities we
continue our drive to Rüdesheim.
Day 5:
We change rivers today as we head across at
Koblenz and follow the Moselle to Cochem.
Day 6:
Today we head back to our overnight hotel for our
final night
Day 7:
Today we return to Calais for the sailing back to the
UK – then onward to our local joining points.
