For a relaxing Christmas holiday, why not join us at our fabulous riverside
location in the centre of Kendal? Just a short walk from the town centre
and with all the bedrooms overlooking the river, the hotel has laid on
traditional Christmas entertainment, Bucks Fizz breakfast on Christmas
Day with gifts (if you are good) 5-course Christmas Day Lunch, mulled
wine and mince pies and much more. We have included a circular drive
through Ambleside, Coniston and Bowness on Christmas Eve and, on
Boxing Day, we include an afternoon visit to the local pantomime.
Our Christmas Celebrations start from the moment you arrive you can be
sure of a first-class Christmas holiday. For your enjoyment, there will be a
hearty Full English breakfast, traditional 3-course Christmas Lunch, light
entertainment on evenings and, of course, and maybe a gift from Father
Christmas. The King9s speech will also be available. We have organised a
half-day excursion on Christmas Eve into the Cheshire countryside, and a
Boxing Day visit to the local theatre for the pantomime.

has large windows and it offers formal
dining while Pickwick Bistro has an
informal atmosphere and a range of
