Explore the 8Fair City9 of Perth, once the capital of Scotland and inspiration
for both poetry and opera alike before heading to the main attraction, the
Enchanted Forest – a magical & stunning light and sound event set to
highlight the stunning natural backdrop of autumn woodland of Forestry
& Land Scotland9s Faskally Wood near Pitlochry. Set your imagination
alight with dazzling visuals and innovative design, all choreographed
against an original music score.
We admire the stunning panoramas over Loch Tummel at the Queen9s View
Visitor Centre. The famous vantage point of Queen9s View looks out over
one of the most iconic vistas in Scotland, which could be argued as being
incredibly twee, but just one look is enough to realise why it truly isn9t.
Perhaps named after its links with Queen Isabella of Scotland, the first
wife of Robert the Bruce, or Queen Victoria, who visited in 1866, the view
from here is regarded as Highland Perthshire9s most iconic and in one of
the most photographed areas of Scotland.
We also take pleasure from a guided tour of the magnificent Scone Palace,
once the crowning place of the Kings of Scotland.
