With a spring in your step, we head up north to blow off the cobwebs in
Kielder Forest, start your adventure with a brisk spring walk with clear
skies and sunshine, enjoy the stillness of the reservoir and absorb peace
and tranquillity at this lovely time of year. An absolute riot of colours in
springtime, daffodils surround the castles, Cherry Blossoms bloom at The
Alnwick Garden, Ospreys return to Kielder Water & Forest Park and freshlyhatched pufflings appear along the coast and islands. All in all,
Northumberland is pretty magical in spring.
