Summertime Heritage

We begin with a visit to the
spectacular Shuttleworth Collection of
planes and vehicles. The Swiss Garden,
located adjacent to the airport
housing the collection, recreates
settings in a lovely alpine manner. We
make our way to the renowned
Silverstone Race Circuit and its latest
attraction, The Silverstone Experience.
Market Harborough is a medieval
market town set away in lovely, rural
south Leicestershire; we carry on to
Melton Mowbray. Melton is home to
outstanding pork pies. Before making
a last visit to Oakham, Rutland,
England's smallest county.
